What you eat and how you are combining raw foods changes your frequency; thus a high percentage of raw foods 'cooking' will only lead you to as much Detoxification and then you will reach a plateau. People think that by going vegan or raw they'll automatically improve their health. Up to a certain point is correct, or let me tell you that is not correct nor totally wrong! You need to eat high frequency food (mainly fruits) in order to aid the body to rid itself off all the garbage. Choosing to be "a raw foodist" implies that you don't cook but doesn't say much about exactly what you eat on a daily basis. A raw food diet, filled with excessive quantities of nuts, seeds, oils, avocados and topped with fruit 'sugar' will leave one energy-depleted and full of cravings especially when your digestion, adrenals, absorbtion, utilisation of nutrients and elimination are compromised. Then, on the other hand, vegans don't get a clean bill either: eating a diet full of restaurant foods, stir-fried veggies and topped with vegan desserts will generally have trouble staying thin and will only be (sometimes) marginally healthier than the average person. The key to health is eating real food! If you want to heal you must consume and properly combine Fruits mainly, Vegetables, Greens, good natural Fats coming from whole food sources. You need to focus on getting tasty recipes that also work for your health, that is to combine your food properly. In the pic below you can see how fruits are being combined, f. I.
